James has been working with PKP since late 2007, and in that time has dabbled in documentation writing, development, support, and outreach. James coordinated the development of PKP's Publishing Services into a core component of PKP's revenue model. His recent focus is on infrastructure building and larger service and project development, in particular as concerns Coalition Publica, a pan-Canadian scholarly infrastructure project. He also finds himself perpetually volunteered as PKP's usage stats expert.
