  1. Sponsorship currency<\/strong> – All sponsors will be invoiced in US Dollars. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Post-event email <\/strong>– Platinum sponsors may send one dedicated email to all registered delegates who opted in for marketing messages. The message is dispatched by the organisers within two weeks after the conference, using the official conference account. Sponsors shall supply final HTML or text; content is to review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Bag insert<\/strong> – Flyer or small giveaway not larger than A5 and not exceeding 40g each. Sponsors ship 250 units, duty-paid, to SMU by 1 May 2026. One larger \u201cbulky\u201d item (e.g., water bottle, notebook) may be accepted on a first-come basis; please enquire early.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
