The post will either be based in the Literature Services team, which runs Europe PMC (Cambridge, UK), or the EMBL Office for Scientific Information Management (Heidelberg, Germany), depending on the best location for the applicant. OSIM is a new office with responsibility for the EMBL library, open science support, and EMBL archive and records management. In January 2022 EMBL adopted an Open Science policy that covers several aspects of open science, including making publications, data and software produced by EMBL as widely available as possible. This post will be responsible for implementing EMBL-wide processes that support the open science policy and developing indicators on the progress of policy implementation, which will be used to inform further policy and implementation. It is expected that the results will be shared openly as part of the international open science implementation community.

EMBL is looking for a highly motivated Open Science Information Specialist to join the EMBL Office for Scientific Information Management (OSIM).

[151
573,572,571,574],"force11":[
["post-148022","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-bioinformatics","tag-ebi","tag-embl","tag-jobs
["News
News
Bioinformatics","EBI","EMBL","jobs
Bioinformatics","EBI","EMBL","jobs
["GET
