If you need to make other arrangements, please contact clem.harris@oerc.ox.ac.uk<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\n\tPAYMENT OPTIONS<\/h3>\n<p>All conference fees for the FORCE2015 Conference are accepted by credit card charged in United Kingdom Sterling Pounds<\/p>\n<p><strong>CREDIT CARD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following credit cards are accepted for registration: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>\n\tVISA INVITATION LETTERS<\/h3>\n<p>Invitation letters required for visa applications will be sent with your confirmation after registration and full payment have been received. You must be registered and paid-in-full for the conference in order to receive an invitation letter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International visitors to the United Kingdom<\/strong><br \/>\n\tYour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/uk-border-control\/at-border-control\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">passport or identity card<\/a> will be checked when you arrive at a port or airport in the UK to make sure you&rsquo;re allowed to come into the country. It must be valid throughout your stay.<\/p>\n<p>You may also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/uk-border-control\/before-you-leave-for-the-uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">need a visa<\/a> to come into or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/uk-border-control\/layovers-and-transiting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel through the UK<\/a>, depending on your nationality. It is essential that delegates arriving from outside the UK have a valid passport with expiration at least six months after the planned date of entry, and any other required travel documents such as an entry visa.
