Description<\/strong>:  Participants must present, in three minutes or less, how they will change scholarly communications and e-Science.  Presentations will be judged by a jury of leading scientists, develops and software revolutionaries, as well as the audience.  Winner will recieve the prestigious "Agent of Change" award.<\/p>\n
